There are most likely gene products associated with penis growth and gene products that regulate the genes promoting penis growth. If the regulatory genes can be silenced through break down via Small Nuclear RNA, then penis growth might occur.
Of course, this should be first tested in rats to make sure it doesn't fuck you up in the process, but if you can cure micropenis (true micropenis- what Amazing Atheist has), the lives of many men will improve significantly.
