Their legs and arms are similar, including the opposite thumb. When you compare primitive primate skulls with some dinosaurs like troodonts, they seem alike, only flatter. The whole body plan would seem alike if you moved the pelvis several vertebrae further than usually teconstructed.
Bird legs work completely different from therapod ones, and their arms are wings, their skulls are different and thd bodies are not in many ways alike. The difference between theropods and primates seem several times smaller than between theropods and birds.
