Why the minus sign?

Derive the equations by hand. Remember that V_12 depends on V_10 and V_20. What seems strange to me is that capacitors impedance is 1/jwC and inductors are jwL so there would be fractions. But there's some time I worked on network analysis

But still, Im making the loops based on the direction of the currents and it does not fit the minus sign
