I'm trying to get a paper published in IEEE access, and I feel like there's nothing more I can really add to it outside of maybe a figure or two and some more purple prose in the intro/conclusion.

Does anyone know what a good ballpark for wordcount or page count is for this journal or just tech papers in general? Most papers I see are bumping up on 8-12 pages (maybe 7-10 not including bib/author bio for IEEE) with the occasional 4-6 pager. I wish it were longer, but I really don't know what else to add at this point.
