Supposedly our military gives them, but then they are only self-selecting for people in the military not the general population. IQ is a meme, though. It's important, but it's not enough on it's own. Look at any aspy, plenty of them are "genius" level IQ, but they are so low-functioning and sometimes so uncreative that they are actually quite stupid.
If you can't create, collaborate, adapt, and cooperate you are next to useless. I'd take a well-socialized hardworking team of a eleven 135 IQ scientists over a single 150 IQ loner """genius""" any day (for ever single person of 150 IQ, there are roughly 11 people with 135 IQ).
