Chemistry: the Central Science by Brown, LeMay, Burnsten, whoever else...
It's on libgen along with a solution manual (at least for the 12th edition last time I checked which is good enough for you right now)
You really don't need to go too rigorous for general chem, so don't feel like you need to do that other, more intense, general chem text that people recommend (the name escapes me atm).
