IQ is at best an indicator of intelligence.

Specialized neural nets have been shown to consistently score in the top 5% of human performance, yet one would not make the claim that they possess general intelligence.

It is inaccurate to use the term "intelligence" when describing the metric derived from these tests, as it has not been shown that cognitive specialization cannot exist in isolation.
