where in the solar system would make more sense to build a ringworld? orbiting some planet maybe? Which one?

Im currently working on a shortfilm, in which earth has been rendered unable to sustain life. Complicated story, basically humanity is attempted on a ringworld. Im currently taking decisions on where to make that ringworld happen, in terms of visual effects, im making the scene now. I was thinking Saturn as it would be extremely pleasing esthetically. Saturn is very aesthetic. Im not sure if it would make much sense tho, thoughts? Maybe the asteroid belt nearby would provide easy to access construction materials? Mars or Jupiter maybe? I still pushing for Saturn but I must take a definitive decision as its very time consuming to create such scenes.
