1. Does anything exist outside of living perception? On top of that, do other humans even perceive or have any kind of conscious experience. The answer depends on the answers to both of those questions.
2. Assuming the answer to part 1 is yes, there is a reality existing outside of perception, then next you have to ask what is the definition of sound. Is it the physical vibration of matter in and of itself? Meaning all things are constantly making "sound". Or is it the perception of those vibrations by a living thing, in which case no, it does not make a "sound".
