Why isn't it getting it the promotion it needs? The world needs more biotechnologists to do research on how to produce more strong and efficient crops, on how to effectively produce pharmaceuticals, on developing the research for gene therapy and to innovate new substitutes for fuel. Why is it that other useless fields like pure mathematics are getting more attention?
