The people doing all that sick shit were the japanese, and the media and government lied and said it was the germans to get the us populace to support a war. As a result of that lie coming to light, the Smith-Mundt Act was instated, which made it illegal for the US govt to use propaganda on US citizens. But how will they get us to support wars then?
