Do you really need to use soap??? Is cold water just fine???
I questioned this because for a while now I stopped using toothpaste. Instead I use salt to brush my teeth. Because sources say fluoride is not good.

I do not use shampoo, tooth paste and other "hygiene" products. It's literal meme. The only thing which I use is a basic hardsoap for hand washing. That's it. Water takes care of the rest if you shower daily. My gf says I smell so good and she likes smelling my hair. Also likes the smell of my armpits when we are cuddling in bed. Pharmafags with destroyed endocrine system, gut biome and calcified brain will slander people like me all the time. Don't trust them OP. Your body mostly needs water and the only reason you need soap is because our world is dirtier than it used to be 15k years ago.

Fluoride is necessary for bones.
The fluoride meme started because of teflon and other companies using long chain fluorides and leaking them into local water.
Do your fucking research and stop stripping enamel with coarse salt.
If you were using bicarbonate soda, that would be acceptable.
Check your paranoia though, it's a dangerous condition and even acute paranoia can subvert the whole of reality when you lean into it.
Don't get me wrong, most cosmetics and hygiene products are a lie and intentionally harmful to necessitate further use.
