87 IQ is plenty to lead a happy content life. Slim down on the internet and search for something you are good at. Everyone has something they are good at even if it is just physical labor.

Find that thing, focus on being the very best at it and if there is a job opportunity commit to it. Earn a living, search for your mate, have a few kids and love your mate and kids unconditionally.

In this you will find fulfillment.

Very unlikely, assuming your score of 87 was earned during a professionally administered test and you actually gave effort. Exceptions could be if it was an online test (thus the score is worthless) or if you have ADD or some other condition that could be improved through medication or training.

Unless the test was bogus (i.e some stupid online test), or you had some sort of deficit at the time that’s fixable (ADD, lack of sleep on the test day, severe anxiety, etc.), probably not. Then again, scores can vary quite a bit between individual tests.

Maybe in your early teens, though even then it's unlikely. The most formative time for IQ is prenatal and early childhood.

best advice would be to stop thinking and accept everything at face value. "smart" people under analyze which is why they go through alot of information in a short period of time which lets them recall it when doing tests such as IQ tests.

Yes.19 is still very young. Your brain doesn't stop growing until you're 25. Rn it would be best for you to learn chess and engage in fluid intelligence training excercises. There'll be a lot of time for you to read literature and other shit. But less time until your fluid intelligence becomes basically set for life.
