Can any explosive device explode in a vacuum? For example a hand grenade (the types which are commonly used today), can it explode in a vacuum or does the explosive mechanism require the presence of oxygen? Other than nukes, what are some examples of other explosive devices which can explode in a vacuum and can also tolerate extremely low temperatures (like out in deep space)?

In most bullets and munitions, the explosion doesn’t rely on atmospheric oxygen as it’s not concentrated enough for the highly centralized explosion, instead the reaction relies on a chemical powder mixed in with the explosive hydrocarbons for oxidation.

rocket propellant would work if you have a primer capable of activating the explosive reaction, it'd be easier with something like HO mix and harder with something like hydrogen peroxide since it freezes near 0°C. Idk about most explosives, it'd be harder to prime them in space temperature but most explosives are also oxidizers and providing sufficient oxidazition is part of the design for all of them, vaccuum is not really a limiting factor.

It could still explode, but consider that most of the destructive potential of explosives here on earth is the pressure wave they create.
In a vacuum there obviously isn't any air to create said pressure wave, so as long as you're not right on top of the thing going boom (or caught by any shrapnel) you're going to be fine.
The one minor exception I can think of is a nuclear explosion in space, the explosion itself suffers the same problem, but without atmosphere to absorb it, the radiation is free to spread out. If you do this inside of a magnetic field it rebounds off the ionosphere like a drum head, and you get an EMP and lots of x-rays.

If there isn't a fuel(oxygen) providing the initial explosion to chain on to, then the explosion itself would be very muted.

maybe thermite would prime from the sparks of a flint striker at space temperature heck I don't even know if things strike sparks at that or you could do an elaborate setup with thermite that's primed with an magnesium and oxidizer primer which in turn is primed by an HO mix primer which is primed by the spark from a pair of electrodes
