I'm agreeing that the protests are unsafe you nitwit. They obviously will lead to a temporary increase in cases. My fucking point, which you people always miss, is that the states that have opened up are trending higher en masse. Trying to push this "protests are the problem!!" agenda is a poor attempt at deflecting blame.

also, just to nail your stupid point for good, contact tracers are not reporting the number of cases. They're not being dishonest about the number of cases, they're being dishonest about the people with whom someone may have been in contact with. this is for the state to predict possible numbers of cases, not for tracking the actual numbers, which are reported by the hospitals and other groups.
