I've been trying to find infos to it but I can't find anything/am to stoopid to google correctly.
I know that serotonine plays a role in transmitting signals in our neurons. After its done its job, MAO (Monoamino oxidase) gets rid of it so the neuron is "clean" and the process can start again.
Here is my question. Where does the MAO come from? Does our body produce it or is it just there?
