yeah, PhDs are hard that's why nobody does them. If you want a Doctorate you have to basically adjunct for a few years until you get enough contacts to ref you into your school's program, and then adjunct for a few years more until your thesis is approved. Then after becoming a Dr. Science, you can begin an exciting career managing students and doing other peoples' research.
