figure out a way to prevent distractions, maybe install a browser lock or something
it sounds dumb since you can just go into extensions and remove it. but sometimes that little extra step makes all the difference

You cant concentrate on it because of the lack of instant gratification.
Cut cheap dopamine as much as possible. Dopamine is source of motivation because it pushed you to do things that favors your survival. By getting cheap dopamine, you lose motivation. Humans were not meant to have so much dopamine at arms reach. We get lazy and contempt. Cut porn, video games, cut pleasure eating, sugar, web browsing. Basically, cut instant gratification. With less cheap dopamine we are more driven to accomplish goals. We are more stable emotionally, more in the right mindset.

What if i'm uncertain about my survival and see no point in putting effort only to see i go to waste? i have been diagnosed with chronic depression and adhd years ago and i am under tremendous amounts of stress right now
