Imagine the headache involved in recording the kids. First, I don't even know if that's legal. Second, I imagine if it somehow IS legal I'd have to give the kids media consent forms, and if one kid disagrees it'll be a huge headache.

It hink you need consent for private conversations buit not for public ones.
But it's only private ones that matter, no one will accuse you of anything if there's a whole classroom of witnesses.
So the thing to do is to never interact with female students without witnesses.
And maybe record yourself when you're alone, so that you can prove that you were indeed alone.
