How feasible is space marine enhancements? Obviously we don’t need them or have magic but what enhancements would be possible and at what year would that kind of technology be available? Yes im aware of the geneseed and how they are already OP, but let’s say we have a specific recruitment/screening process similar to ONIs spartan programs, just with a much longer training/screening process
