You ever get those fillings redone. It’s crazy the metal shit flies everywhere and you have to wear glasses. Probably was done because the newer ones are better for cosmetic and ease of use.

as far as we can tell, there's no correlation between amalgam fillings and any negative outcomes. the nasty stuff is bound together well enough that it doesn't leech out in significant amounts.

The people who decided mercury is safe in your mouth are the same assholes who are now saying fluoride is perfectly safe, despite evidence to the contrary.
It's why I will never use fluoridated toothpaste. Brushing with xylitol based toothpaste is good enough for me.
