0 - 75%
1 - 50%
2 - 25%
150% = 100%
So possibility of getting 1 is 33.33%, 2 is 16.66, 0 is 50%

Was the test made by hand or generated by a computer with random correct answers?

If it's made by hand you have to factor in the bias for what letter the teacher may choose more often for the correct answer.

You also have to factor in that your choice, as a human, will not be 100% random either, so you have to adjust the probability based on those things.

Basically count the number of different ways to randomly draw exactly 69 successes with probability 0.25, and 31 failures with probability 0.75. The number of possible permutations is "100 choose 69." Binomial distribution like >>11838815 says.
