I'm going to university to study chemistry next month but I literally don't remember any single thing about high school chemistry, physics or math. What are the most basic things that I should read up on?

basic thermochemistry, acid/base, ox/red, newtonian mechanics, basic organic chemistry (SN1,2 E1,2, fonctional groups). atomic structure

>search "[your university] MATH 1234"
>look at previous semester offerings
>do their homework
>read the textbook
>take the practice exams
>do it now, before school starts
>repeat for every class you're taking
