>>11835208I have the same problem. Don't really have solutions. The best I can come up with is that I just don't actually care that much about improving. Are there a few things you're good at? Like I do well in school and developed good study habits, but I've been working out consistently for 5 years and only gained about 20 pounds of muscle from skeleton mode. I don't think it's natural to put extreme critical thinking into everything you do anyways. Sounds stressful.
I often care more about being able to say I've put in the effort than actually improving. My subconscious belief is that looking like I care about improving will make people like me.
