Does household bleach actually not kill mould?

As in less than 5g/L sodium hypochlorite
When I’ve used it it the mould has never ever come back.

But every site from google just says it removes melanin and makes the mould invisible and doesn’t really kill it

They all seem to be written by some lady that seems like she’s be into crystals, and recommends using tea tree oil and vinegar, and even say the most effective combination is vinegar with baking Soda... which of course raises the pH and turns it into acetate, despite previously stating high pH protects mould referring to sodium hydroxide found in bleach formulations
