The book I posted an image of should work for that as well as describe some of the thermodynamics that give rise to kinetic behavior.
In research nobody does michaelis-menten kinetics, lineweaver burke plots etc it is all a garbage way of analyzing data. It is all done by data fitting software (origin, matlab, etc) that use non-linear data fitting.
