>>11833272"Scientific" is just a label which certain humans categorize other concepts under. It doesn't exist as some kind of external metaphysical category. It's a Latin word which humans project meaning onto and use within a larger system of linguistic designations. The nature of phenomena themselves occurs independent of human language, including the specific word "science".
If consciousness ends at death, it does so independently of whether we created the linguistic designations of "consciousness" "ends" and "death", and regardless of whether an industry known as "science" says so or not.
And vice versa if it doesn't end at death.
Don't get lost in human linguistic matrixes, mistaking them to be their objects of references. They "refer" to non-linguistic objects and attempt to approximate them, and should not be taken as having authority in themselves.
