I would expect that, if you do get the job at Google, you'd be able to continue your education through Stanford contingent on meeting some base level of job performance.
Keep in mind that you're not just going to walk in on day 1 and get these opportunities, even at a place like Google (but you're aware of that already, hence "after working for a while I think I would be a better student". Demonstrate interest early and often, but be humble about it and show a willingness to "prove your worth" in terms of them making that investment in you. Will pay off in all sorts of other career aspects as well.
