I love the idea but first you need to define time in terms of no point of reference and nothing to refer to. Otherwise how can we talk about it?

As long as something exist, time exist too, since there is something that can "percieve" a before and an after. Even a chair (or any inanimate objects, i just like chairs for examples) can experience this flow. Si time exist, ye.
