Was thinking about getting pic related (Make Electronics 2nd ed) and doing all the experiments. Any thoughts?

I took four semesters of physics and an intro to EE in college, but honestly don't remember much. I just want to tinker with electronics and figured this would be the best way.

The plan was this book, art of electronics lab version, then electronics for inventors. So, thoughts about this path too would be nice.
