Or should they ease entrance for BAME (Black and minority) groups to diversify and de-colonise courses in the west?

It surely makes sense, because whites are so privileged to such great education, while the black communites are hit hard by socioeconomic factors (due to rich white men), so surely it is only fair to give them a lower entry standard to BAME communities.
