Anyone here use Bluebeam on either iPad Pro and/or Surface? What is your experience with it specifically with respective pen inputs.

I am used to the windows desktop experience and have used BlueBeam on an older Surface Pro which can barely handle it, so now I am in the market for either an iPad Pro or Surface Pro/Book.

tl;dr - not particularly brand loyal, which do you prefer and why.
