Is this image photoshopped?

Arguments for: people are in motion(at least there is an illusion of this) yet sand from the bottom is motionless; water is too damn clear for a forest(or what is this place?); who in his right mind would want to wet his pants?

Arguments against: guy pants definetly are soaked; why would anyone want to photoshop this pic in this way?
