Hello everyone, surely some remember me. I am the anon who told us here last week that he went to the psychiatrist and received a cocktail of drugs (Diazepam, Zolpidem, Pregabalin, Promethazine, Eszopiclone and the antidepressant Paroxetine) just because he had trouble sleeping. At the worst moment I had to take three drugs a day (Pregabalin, Promethazine and Paroxetine); Last week I went to the psychiatrist and he took my Pregabalin and replaced Promethazine with Eszopiclone. In summary, I am now supposed to take 20 mg of Paroxetine and 2 mg of Eszopiclone; I decided to cut the dose of Paroxetine in half on my own and very probably in a month from now I will stop taking it, without authorization from the psychiatrist, I definitely want to eliminate that poison from my life, but it is impossible to get rid of it. As for eszopiclone, here comes the problem, I am supposed to take 2mg every night to sleep well, but it is not enough. I usually take 4 or 6 mg to collect about 7-9 hours of sleep. Is it healthy that I continue to exceed the recommended dose of Eszopiclone, is it very harmful to my brain? One dose is not enough. I think it doesn't mean anything now, but keeping it in the long run could be harmful.
