I really enjoyed Griffiths books on Electromagnetism and QM
are there any equivalent books on Classical Mechanics?
I'm not talking about the Hamiltonian Lagrange stuff
but just ordinary Newtonian mechanics presented in a good way like Griffiths does with EM and QM
I know University Physics is the standard book for 1st year students, but I hate it
each page has a thousand different boxes and a trillion "drill exercises"
