The evidence that it's actually really RRFO was put there by Yahweh to mislead the unfaithful. This means that we cannot actually gain any information about the world from sensory information, as Yahweh has crafted this fraud so well that it's indistinguishable from the world actually being RRFO. But then, if we can't gain any information via the senses, then we can't know anything about our world at all. We could turn to Scripture, which is Revealed by Yahweh, but then how can you tell what Scripture says if you can't use your senses to do so?
How do you know that every time you open the Bible, Satan isn't rearranging the words on the page? Hell, how do you know that Yahweh isn't? How do you know that Yahweh is good if you can't use your senses to read Scripture to see that he is? How do you know that Yahweh is even real, given that Scripture says what his characteristics are, and we can't use Scripture to understand the world, and we can't use our senses to understand the world? Hell, how do you know anything exists at all, given that you can't use your senses to determine that it does? Cogito Ergo Sum? To the Greeks, and the East, there's a sixth sense, "mind", tl;dr "mind" is mental images, sounds, thoughts, etc, so if we can't trust our senses, and mind is a sense, we can't even be sure we're thinking, as thinking is sensory information!
So we've not only done away with science, but also religion, utterly destroyed Christianity as both an abstraction and an actual practice, torn down the Bible, completely negated human action, and totally obliterated human thought itself. It's Skepticism (the philosophy) taken to its most extreme, doubting the existence of existence itself.
