Solstice Eclipse

In about 3 hours there will be a simultaneous Solstice and Eclipse.

I read that this happens once in about every 19 years.

That seems so astronomical unlikely.
There are two cycles: the solstice which is the tilt of the earth and the eclipse which is the moon orbiting us.
And those two seemingly independent movements sync every 19 years.
With different cycle speeds this could have been weekly or one-million-yearly.
Is being 19 years astronomically likely or unlikely?
