I remember asking an astrophysics friend of mine, "if my balls turned into the stuff in neutron stars, would they have enough mass to alter the acceleration due to earths gravity?". He told me they'd be just under the mark to do anything significant. Can sci confirm?

It's not innately human, it is innately bound to a complex physical structure that relies directly or indirectly on the evolution of complex biological life (e.g. you might be able to spawn AI, but you still need an organism to develop the AI)
