Problem is, those are extremely poisonous. Polonium-210 delivers 140 Watt per gram (hot fucking damn), but is also the most poisonous substance known to man and only has a half-life of 133 days, so it's applications are extremely limited. The next best thing, Plutonium-240, delivers less than a Watt per gram.
