Why do homo sapiens think dogs are pets?

Facts:
1. Carnivores. (Oh boy if you run out of food)
2. Sharp teeth.
3. Can't speak words, so you can never tell what it's thinking. Even a crackhead can communicate with you.
4. Stares at you like you're a piece of meat.
5. Has to be kept on a leash... "BUT HE'S HARMLESS AND A GOOD BOY"
6. Inbred.
7. Thousands of news stories about dogs going nuts.

Time to face the facts, owning a dog is a sign of low IQ.
