i used it as an oscilloscope. because its hooked up to a computer it can do some advance stuff pretty useful. alot of digital stuff you will never use. definitely worth the price. I got a Hantek DSO5102P so i dont really use it any more.

back in highschool, I bought a used tektronix TDS 360 on eBay for less than that, including shipping (which was 50 dollars.)

The problem with these educational kits is they are intended for students who have no choice but to buy them in order to get their lab credits. My scope was not like that. It was a serious industrial piece of equipment that was built to solve problems.

This thing was the size of a full size desktop PC. It had a floppy drive and an extremely aesthetic black/green CRT. It looked like something from the Fallout universe.

I can't imagine being cucked enough to shell out 250$ for a shitty USB scope.
