Either the lunar poles to see if we can use the ice there to make fuel

Or Mars Poles to see if the ice there can support future manned missions or maybe even has life in it

Or a mission to see if Europa’s plumes have life in them

Or a lander for Titan that would search for biological processes

Or a lander for Enceladus that would include a surface mole

Big whoop. Liquid water is far more common in the Solar System than what it was believed only a decade ago. Callisto, Ganymede, Europa all have liquid water oceans, among other candidates.

Europa, Enceladus, and Io, are the only moons we know for sure have subsurface oceans, because we can observe the water plumes from cryovolcanos on them. It's ASSUMED that Callisto and Gannymede and a shitload of other moons are similar, even Titan may be in that class; but we don't know for sure.
