Whats the best PDF reader to use when writing scientific texts?
I usually consult 20+ articles and have 7+ open at the same time when writting science works, and it isn't rare that I find myself searching for that one highlight in some PDF about something really important for my work, but I just can't find it.
I found a pretty nice reader called Polar Bookshelf, which creates an organized list of all of your highlights and their comments, not just for 1 file but for all you want, so it is pretty easy to find them, however it lacks a previous view function, so whenever I click the link for a reference in page 2 of a paper, I have to scroll back like an idiot after retrieving it, rather than simply using a shortcut like with Acrobat or Foxit.
Do you know of any PDF reader that both creates an organized list of all of your highligths and their comments from several different PDFs and has a previous view function?
How do you deal with all of these issues when wirtting scientific texts?
