Well, actually, don't bother. If you still believe in free will and think everyone is at the same level of awareness, there's no conversation to be had. I think if man survives this era the following will be introduced as mandatory curriculum in high school, if such a thing as compulsory education exists as well.
-Behavior and conditioning. Pavlov and Skinner bare minimum, classical and operant.
-Organizational structure and strategy. Everything from corporations to family units, nations to social groups. Compartmentalization in .particular.
-Crowd psychology and marketing.
-Trauma based conditioning. Developmental trauma. Brainwashing.
See, here's what they do. They give kids books like The Giver, Brave New World, 1984, Fahrenheit 451, on and on, long before they're capable of understanding it. And instead of using it as a medium to convey MEANING they instead focus on SYMBOLS and NARRATIVE TRIVIA. So while Brave New World should be the ideal mechanism of teaching about control, globalism, man's nature and the basis of his collective despair, and organizational structure, they focus on irrelevant nonsense. They never delve into for what reason any such thing would come about.
Whatever. Go look up a summary of Brave New World. It's also on
archive.org, you can read it there. Basically, you don't need millions of people. It's compartmentalized. When was the last time you went into your boss' office and rifled through his drawers? When was the last time you seriously questioned the ultimate effect of your actions and were even able to figure it out? Oh. that's right. Never.
