Arent cuckoos supposed to lay eggs that ressemble those of the species they're parasiting ?

No. That's a brown headed cowbird, they rove in gangs and will kill birds who reject their eggs, or destroy the remaining eggs. Usually the bird just puts up with it an raises the hatchling.

According to wikipedia destroying the nest just forces the host birds to make a new one, in which the cowbird will lay its egg again.

I guess yeah. The cowbird's eggs don't look anything like the host's most of the time, and the chicks are usually larger. Conversely, they parasitize many species of birds as opposed to the cuckoo, which parasitizes only one species.
