I neglected an essay once that turned out to be crucial to progress in the course despite this not being made clear anywhere. made some bullshit excuse that I had mental problems and got a second chance. I'd first ask about consequences before doing it.

no, but I know a medfag who reschedules a couple of his exams each year to august/september (normally this is the time for retakes when you fail the exam during the school year) to increase his grades and have a better chance of getting into the specialization he wants
