Most of the girls in the world are ugly. I'd say 80-90%. In your case, its likely your inability to differentiate notice the finer details of face in Asian females. Likely due to lack of exposure to Asian females.
Sorta like how averages work. If you have two numbers you can get a very inaccurate average. If you have 1000 set of numbers, averages are quite accurate. So I suspect its just heuristics issue for that case.
