The clever man reads into each listing and notes a trend; Von Numale was the Steve Jobs of the STEM world- he took other people's ideas and remarketed them as something "groundbreaking" and "totally novel".
He's listed as the "father of computer viruses". Why? He wrote a paper in which he said out you could copy memory (in this case program data) from one region to another. Nothing new. Nothing groundbreaking- something that had already existed (because it's so obvious and useful) and he marketed it as novel or exciting. Now he is known as THE FATHER OF COMPUTER VIRUSES!!!
