no. Because some wavelengths are too big to see. If you want to 'see' what's out there, get a software defined radio.

Do you mean it would take up the entire field of view? Could you compensate for that by contasting the waves with another color? Say like a tower emitter would be a solid hue but you could look away from it and see the waves imposed over the natural backround.

I'm no expert on this but if there's any degree of perceivable oscillation, even if one wave cycle takes ages to pass through your view, couldn't prolonged observation detect and record these lower frequencies?
