>>11802316Go down to two bowls a day, then to one, then quit completely on a thursday or friday. You will probably have nausia the next day or two, but after that you should be mostly fine except fatique. Just sleep it out and watch some netflix with a bowl of ice cream or something. Then start playing a bunch of videogames when you start feeling better.
The hardest part for me always comes in two stages. The first hard part is the second day after quitting, as that is when the negative side effects hit the hardest. Don't do that right before you have to go anywhere in a long car ride. After that, the next few days I am just super tired, but starting to feel better. The next difficult part is when you have finally stopped, but get the urge to get high again because you just took a tolerence break and you think getting high will be as fun as it used to be when you started smoking 4 years ago. From experience, after the first few hits, I start getting a racing heart and anxiety. It doesn't make me happy, it just makes me wonder when I got addicted to feeling like shit all the time. If you get past wanting to go to that, and experience the benefits of sobriety, its not too hard to stop. The last point is that easy access and availability make it very difficult to stop. If you have green, you are probably gonna smoke it at some point. If you are serious about quiting, don't buy that shit anymore.
It helps to have a hobby you can focus on rather than smoking. Really, try a bunch of things. I am doing exercise in addition to my computer activities, which seems to help a lot with the mental restlessness.
